Good win today for Gowran AC in County Novice 4 mile in Kilmacow .1st individual Martin Molsley , 3rd individual Gerry Walsh. First team prize beating St Josephs. Also great runs by Niall Lyons and Sean Scott to secure first team and the Gold County medals.
